HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Today Terry and Abby celebrated their 5TH birthday. Seems like it was only a very short time ago that we were waiting for phone calls from 2 different hospitals. The first call came about Terry and 45 minutes later we heard that Abby was here. Now they are both 5. How time does fly....

Daughters of the King Tea

The Daughters of the King Tea is an annual event held at our church each year close to Mother's Day. The Tea was started since so many of the women do not have daughters or mothers to attend a Mother-Daughter affair. With the tea any woman or girl can attend whether they have a mother or daughter to attend with them. After all, we are daughters of THE KING.

EASTER SUNDAY 2007

Our Easter Sunday was spent at the hospital with Mom. She kept changing from gown and robe to her street clothes. Here she is with Lois and Louie. (Mom had a severe eye infection so she had to be hospitalized from Friday until Tuesday)

JAMESTOWN Field Trip

ELDA "Poodle Skirt" & "JOHNNY BE GOOD"

In January, Elda and I went to the Women's Friday Fun Night at the church. Elda was used as the mannequin to model a POODLE SKIRT made out of paper and other materials. Later our table had to sing "Johnny Be Good" and of course Elda was chosen to be the lead singer. As you can see we had a BALL. (photos by Z. Forray)

LUNCH AT THE OLIVE GARDEN

Today Alice, Elda and I joined Aunt Jo for lunch at the Oliver Garden. We all had a very good time, however, we did miss having Judy with us.

Abby spent the night and really needed someone to play with. I picked up Cassie and they had a pretty good time together. In the pic, they're both stretched out watching Christmas cartoons that I recorded on VCR tapes back in 1998. Cartoons never go out of style.
